If you have questions, would like more information or would like to discuss referring a patient to My Face Therapy, please feel free to reach out via phone, email or text. I look forward to caring for you.
As a practicing dental hygienist since 2005, I have had the opportunity to observe the root cause of most of the overall health of the oral cavity. This is what led me to begin my journey into myofunctional therapy. I deeply care about people and their well-being and believe in the transformative power myofunctional therapy has to improve anyone’s life. The key foundational understanding I hold is that proper oral function is not just about aesthetics but also about overall health and quality of life.
I empathize with the struggles that individuals face, whether it’s children dealing with oral development issues, adults with long-standing habits affecting their health, or individuals with sleep apnea or speech impediments. I see the impact these issues can have on people’s confidence, comfort, and daily functioning.
Through myofunctional therapy, a path to relief and improvement is provided. I witness firsthand the positive changes it brings, from better breathing and sleep to clearer speech and reduced pain. I find immense satisfaction in guiding my clients through their journey knowing that I’m not just treating symptoms but addressing root causes and improving their overall well-being. This is achieved through individualized and targeted treatment plans, where breakdown of bad habits and the formation of healthy habits is prioritized for the long-term success of my clients.
My empathy and curiosity drives me to continually learn and improve my practice, ensuring that I can provide the best possible care and support to those who entrust me with their oral health.
